The terms you order on.

These terms apply when you use olitint.com or order from Oli. They are written to be read.

Who we are

Oli sells an olive-infused lip and cheek tint through olitint.com. Our address is Arcade Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad, and you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +92 327 8222237.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay the rider. Prices and offers can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Placing an order

• When you place an order you get an order number straight away.
• We call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm it before dispatch.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order we can't confirm with you, can't deliver to, or that contains an obvious pricing mistake.
• One order can hold up to 12 bottles.
• Please give a correct mobile number and full address. We can't deliver without them.

Payment

We take cash on delivery only. You pay the rider when the parcel arrives, and nothing before that.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, usually within 2 to 5 working days of confirming your order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: weather, holidays and courier delays can add time. Someone needs to be at the address to receive the parcel and pay for it.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

These are covered in our returns and refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

Using the product

• The tint is for external use on lips and cheeks.
• Do a patch test on your inner wrist and wait 24 hours before first use. If you see redness or itching, don't use it.
• Keep the cap closed, store the bottle away from direct sunlight, and keep it out of reach of children.

Colours, photos and the virtual try-on

We show each shade as accurately as we can, but colour varies with your skin, your lighting and your screen. The virtual try-on is a digital preview of one layer, not a promise of the exact result. Model photos on the site are AI-generated and are labelled as such.

Reviews

When you send a review you confirm that it is your own honest experience, and you allow us to show it on olitint.com with the first name you chose, your city, and your photo if you added one. We publish low ratings as well as high ones, and remove only abuse or personal details. You can ask us to take your review down at any time.

Our content

The Oli name, logo, text, photos and videos on this site belong to Oli. Please don't reuse them without asking us first.

If something goes wrong

If a product is faulty we will replace or refund it, as set out in the returns policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law in Pakistan.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that we can't settle with you directly will be handled by the courts of Islamabad.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
