What we know about you, and what we do with it.
Oli sells lip and cheek tint at olitint.com. We collect only what we need to deliver your order and answer your questions.

The short version
- We collect your name, mobile number and address when you order, so we can deliver it.
- You pay cash at the door. We never ask for card or bank details.
- Your try-on selfie stays on your phone. It is never uploaded.
- We don't sell your details, and there are no advertising trackers or cookies on this site.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time.
What we collect, and why

Payment
Orders are cash on delivery. We don't collect or store card numbers, bank details or wallet details.
The virtual try-on
When you upload a selfie to try a shade, the photo is processed inside your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is gone when you close or reload the page.
Visit records
Visit records are anonymous. They are not linked to your name, your number or your order, we don't store your IP address with them, and they don't use cookies. Each record is deleted automatically after 60 days.
What is saved on your own device
After you order, your browser remembers your delivery details so the form is filled in next time. If you tick the WhatsApp updates box, it also remembers an unfinished order. This stays on your device. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Reviews
We read every review before it appears. A published review shows the first name you chose, your city, your rating and words, and your photo if you added one. It does not show your phone number, address or order number.
We publish low ratings as well as high ones, and remove only abuse or personal details. If you want your review or photo changed or taken down, message us and we will do it.
WhatsApp messages from us
- About your order: we call or message to confirm it before dispatch, and may message about delivery.
- After delivery: we may send one message asking how you found the product, with a link to review it.
- Updates and reminders: only if you ticked the box at checkout. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your details. We share them only with the services needed to run the shop:
- Our courier: your name, mobile number and address, so the parcel reaches you.
- Amazon Web Services: hosts this website and stores order and review records on servers in the United States.
- WhatsApp (Meta): carries the messages between you and us.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: deliver the typefaces and one display script. Like any site you open, they see your device's IP address when the page loads. We send them nothing about you or your order.
We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
There are no advertising trackers on this site today. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
- Orders: for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, customer support and our business records.
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
- Visit records: 60 days.
Keeping it safe
The site and the order form use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Order records can be opened only by the people who process orders, behind a password. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum for that reason.
To block spam orders, we count how many orders come from one internet connection in an hour. The count is stored in a scrambled form that can't be turned back into an address, and it is set to expire after two hours.
Your choices
Message us on WhatsApp and we will:
- tell you what details we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your details, unless we need to keep them for an open order or a legal record,
- stop sending you updates.
Younger shoppers
If you are under 18, please order with a parent or guardian.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
